Job Title: Telecaller

ET is a bi-monthly magazine that focuses on excellence in education and comes up with six premium issues a year. The magazine has a readership of 12,00,000 (Readers such as Educator, Chairman, Director, Academic Heads, Principal & Trustee) and a circulation of 62,400 Pan India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.
- Introduce company verticals and generate interest.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer responses.
- Capture and record relevant information during conversations.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Gather feedback on customer experiences and preferences.
- Accurately record customer details, interactions, and outcomes in the database.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized customer records.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and objectives.
- Strive to exceed performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
