Tele Caller Executive

MicroDegree is looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive Lead. As an Executive, you'll manage a team of Career Guides (CGs), who are responsible for revenue generation. You'll provide a vision to your team members and drive sales conversions while keeping an eye on their overall career growth. You'll conduct team meetings and evaluations along with training sessions to inspire your team and improve its performance. You'll hold your team members accountable for weekly/ monthly/quarterly targets. You will be leading the team to meet Sales Targets and maintain reporting & corporate governance best practices. Since you will be joining a high growth startup, you career map could take you to become Regional Sales Head, Country Sales Head at a rapid pace in a short span of time.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 5+ years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience (Ed-tech preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in managing a team of 5+ salespeople.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets functions and formulas.
- Knows to Talk In Kannada, English
