Job Description

We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic design and media team at
Sahynex Techsolutions Pvt. Ltd., Mangaluru
. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs for both digital and print media, including posters, social media creatives, newsletters and magazines. You will collaborate closely with our content, marketing and branding teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our organizational goals and brand identity.

Qualification

Any bachelor degree or diploma

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design posters, newsletters, brochures, and magazine layouts.
  • Develop engaging visuals for social media, web content and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content and communication teams to understand creative requirements.
  • Ensure design consistency across all digital and print media.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, layouts, and typography best practices.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital assets ensuring quality and color accuracy.
  • Contribute ideas and creative input during brainstorming sessions.

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Illustrator
    (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite tools such as
    Photoshop
    ,
    InDesign
    and
    Lightroom
    .
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Canva
    ,
    Figma
    or
    CorelDRAW
    .
  • Basic knowledge of typography, color theory and layout principles.
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital formats.
  • Attention to detail, creativity and ability to maintain design quality under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Tools Required

  • Primary Tools:
    Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
  • Additional Tools:
    Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, Adobe Lightroom.
  • File Management:
    Google Drive, Notion, Trello or similar tools for workflow management.
