About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will develop visual content that communicates ideas effectively and aligns with our brand identity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to produce high-quality designs for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design materials for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and printed collateral.
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate strategic direction into engaging design concepts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content creators, and product teams to support visual storytelling.
  • Prepare and optimize files for production, printing, and online publishing.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual presence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
