**Graphic Designer****:
**Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience**

**Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to)**:
Collaborate with IT engineering and Marketing/Graphic Design to understand event requirements, audience demographics, and spatial constraints.

Design accurate and visually engaging venue maps through technical drawings that showcase key areas, seating arrangements, while also including entrances, stages, restrooms, food and beverage stations, and other points of interest.

Incorporate branding elements, color schemes, and typography consistent with event themes and client preferences.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of venue maps by verifying layout details, dimensions, and logístical information.

Provide revisions and updates to venue maps as needed based on feedback, venue changes, or event logistics.

Maintain organized files and documentation of all venue maps and design assets for future reference.

**Qualifications**

A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.

Additional coursework or certifications in graphic design software, cartography, or technical drawing can be beneficial.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Spatial awareness and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately represent scale and proportions.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, particularly any previous experience with maps or technical drawings
