Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing customer relations, developing and executing marketing strategies, providing customer training on product usage, and monitoring sales performance. The role also involves identifying customer needs, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive and oversee business growth.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in Training customers or teams on product offerings and their benefits.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
