Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting TOC Tours' services. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, identifying new market opportunities, coordinating marketing campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in training sessions to enhance client engagement. The Specialist will also contribute to the growth of the company through innovative sales strategies and market development activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and implement effective strategies.
  • Experience in Training to guide clients and team members, enhancing understanding of services offered.
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and identify untapped market potential.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the tourism or travel industry is an added advantage.
