About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, business development, and international market trends. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing initiatives across SEO, Social Media & Paid Ads, driving measurable growth and brand visibility while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Website Growth

  • Drive a complete SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Monitor website health, rankings, and organic performance to achieve traffic and conversion goals.

2. Social Media Management (SMM)

  • Manage and grow brand presence across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Analyse and optimise engagement, reach, and brand sentiment.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Strategise, execute, and optimise ROI-driven ad campaigns on Meta, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives to boost lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Allocate budgets efficiently and track campaign performance with data-driven insights.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities through marketing activities.
  • Explore international markets and adapt strategies to global trends.

4. Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and business development.
  • Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Hands-on experience in SMM and brand management
  • Proven track record in performance marketing and ROI-driven ads (Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Business development experience with measurable results in lead generation and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, global trends, and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
