About the Role

Pincodekart is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive high-performing campaigns and deliver measurable results. If you have a proven track record of creating, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns for at least 3+ years, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to generate quality leads and sales.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and performance.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Manage ad budgets, targeting strategies, and creative assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads policies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably.
  • Excellent understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
