Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with a strong background in Tosca automation to join our QA and Test Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca, systems analysis, and automation frameworks. You will play a key role in identifying system requirements, developing and executing test scenarios, and ensuring high-quality releases in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze business and technical requirements to derive optimal testing strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand application flows and define system-level test cases. Design, develop, and maintain Tosca automation test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.

Manage Tosca test cases, test data, modules, and execution lists using best practices. Support test execution, logging, tracking, and reporting defects using tools like JIRA/ALM.Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation processes and frameworks.

Perform root cause analysis of defects and production issues. Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Guide and mentor junior team members on Tosca automation practices.

Must-Have Skills:5+ years of experience in software testing/quality assurance.3+ years of hands-on experience in Tosca automation framework. Proficiency in test case design techniques, requirements traceability, and test data management. Good understanding of web services, APIs, REST/SOAP testing using Tosca.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Test Management tools (ALM, XRay, Zephyr). Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:Tricentis Tosca Certification is a strong plus. Exposure to performance testing concepts or tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus. Knowledge of SQL for data validation.

Experience in Banking/Finance/Insurance/Healthcare domains is an advantage. Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
