Location Hyderabad TelanganaJob Summary Systems Analyst within WMI group will provide operational support to the WMI environment in addition to development enhancements and proactive maintenances This position also requires flexible working in a different shift Responsibilities Key Accountabilities AS400 - System Analyst Should be technically strong in IBM iSeries AS400 Programming Language iSeries Navigator Integrated File System IFS DB2 400 CL 400 RPG IV Integrated Language Environment ILE SQL Sub-Procedures Develop new programs or customize the existing programs for the custom requirements in AS400 Production support for the weekdays and weekends Onsite Go-live support for the large implementations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Good understanding of E-commerce Retail business processes is added advantage Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with ability to correlate information Ability to work under pressure to meet strict timelines Ability to learn quickly maintain documentation and deliver training to others Should be flexible to work in different shifts Education and Experience Bachelors degree in computer science or related field 5 years overall experience in AS400 technology and the relevant domains Experience of implementing Manhattan WMi in consumer products industry is an added advantage Skills and Behaviors Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to communicate with the users to understand the issue Should be able to work independently and ready to work in Development Production Support Projects Knowledge of computer programming and relational databases Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent time management skills as well as the ability to work towards multiple timelines
