Job Title: Onboarding Consultant/Tele sales Representative
Location: Remote
Working Hours: UK Business Hours
Note: We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant/Tele sales Representative with prior experience working for UK companies or international firms.
Experience in B2C sales preferred, particularly with a background in direct sales and a proven record of achieving targets.
Job Purpose:
Our client, a UK-based government-funded training provider, is seeking a motivated and persuasive candidate to join their remote team. The role involves contacting applicants who have shown interest in free beauty training courses, guiding them through the enrolment process, and ensuring they remain engaged until completion.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting enrolment targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and data confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage quickly and effectively with applicants from referral partners, digital campaigns, and direct enquiries.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits, eligibility, and structure of the training programmes.
- Guide applicants through the enrolment process, ensuring all required documentation is collected accurately.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with enrolled learners to support attendance and course completion.
- Address applicant queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage scheduled calls and appointments efficiently, ensuring all interactions are documented.
- Record and update applicant information accurately within CRM systems.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly enrolment and retention targets.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment experience for learners.
Candidate Profile – Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or candidate enrolment, preferably within the education, training, or government-funded programme sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and in compliance with data protection legislation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general administrative processes.
- Energetic and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their learning goals.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
