**Telecaller Job Description**

We are seeking to hire a talented telecaller representative who will help us boost our sales by reaching out to potential and existing clients. As a telecaller representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers for closing deals and resolving the queries of current customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential and existing customers to inform them about the products or services offered
- Assess the needs and requirements of the customer
- Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
- Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
- Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
- Store and update the customer information in the database
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in telesales representative or customer service executive
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems
- Data entry skills
- Ability to provide information about products and services in an easy-to-understand manner
- Solid negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets

**Note: only females required**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
