**Job Title: Tele caller - Customer Success (Post-Order Engagement)**

Location: Remote (Work from Home) - Initially 2 months - Hybrid - Chandapura

Reports To: Quality Assurance Lead

Work Type: Full Time (Flexible Hours)

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a courteous and self-motivated Tele caller to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will connect with customers after their orders are dispatched to thank them, request quick feedback, and ensure each call is wrapped up professionally within 1 minute. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible working hours between lunch and dinner shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Call customers after their order is dispatched to thank them and gather brief feedback.

Keep calls concise and professional, within a 60-second timeframe.

Achieve a minimum of 200 calls per day.

Log customer responses and feedback accurately in the system.

Escalate any customer concerns or negative feedback to the appropriate team.

Maintain a courteous and customer-first approach in all interactions.

Follow predefined call scripts and protocols.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

Clear and friendly verbal communication skills in [Languages].

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Basic computer skills to manage call tools and logs.

Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

**Work Details**:
Remote work opportunity with flexible timing between lunch and dinner hours.

Approx. 5 hours of active calling per day (plus time for documentation).

Training and calling scripts will be provided.

**Performance Metrics**:
Daily call volume (200 calls minimum)

Call quality and professionalism

Timely and accurate logging of feedback

Adherence to call duration (approx. 1 minute/call)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
