The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the core team, property, and transport vendors for a smooth travel experience of customers before and during the trip.
  • Help resolve problems arising in traveling and accommodation by researching best-suited deals in terms of price, quality, and quantity.
  • Coordinating with the on-ground team at respective travel destinations.
  • Coordinating with the core operations team.
  • Maintaining cordial relationships with the local vendors and team.

Desired Skills:

Any graduate/post-graduate but a degree in Tourism Management or Hospitality will be an add-on.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English both).

Great ability to work under pressure, interact & and develop strong relationships with customers and negotiate effectively.

A happy-go-lucky, determined and motivated individual who is a quick thinker and can handle tough situations.

Well traveled and good knowledge of destinations (mainly Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Ladakh, Kashmir, North-East, and also International) will be an advantage.
