Job Title: Leasing Officer

Job Description:

We are hiring a Leasing Officer (up to 2 years of experience) for our real estate division. The candidate will be responsible for managing leasing operations, client coordination, property tours, and documentation. A strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential tenants.
  • Source and engage tenants for available properties.
  • Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements.
  • Draft and coordinate lease agreements and term sheets.
  • Optimize tenant mix to maximize property value and occupancy.
  • Close deals efficiently and maintain relationships with tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain MIS for leasing activities.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in leasing or real estate operations.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and leasing processes.
  • Strong client coordination and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting abilities.
