We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, and facilitating lease agreements for commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective tenants (B2B & B2C) for commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property tours with potential clients.
- Negotiate lease terms and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for lease agreements.
- Report on leasing activity, leads, and conversions to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of leasing experience in the real estate sector.
