Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Noida for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements, consulting with clients, making reservations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting travel-related needs to create exceptional travel experiences. Day-to-day tasks include booking hotels, organizing transfers, arranging tickets, planning sightseeing activities, and managing tour packages.

Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
  • Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism
