Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hubli for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee the sales activities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing distribution channels, coordinating with marketing teams, and providing timely reports on market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves conducting product demonstrations and offering after-sales support to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and formulate sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with agricultural machinery or related industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in managing distribution channels and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
