Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training. They will also provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to help them improve their skills and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development
  • Proven Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant experience in the sales industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
