Coordinate, monitor and review the sales efforts of the team.
Distribution of responsibility pertaining to the clients & prospective clients between the team.
Comprehensive knowledge of the companies and competitors products.
Counselling and motivating the team.
Implementation of Strategies designed by the Management team.
Enhancing and maintaining the quality standards of business.
Key Skills: Excellent influencing and selling skills.
Have the ability to manage and lead a team to deliver targets across the whole product range within agreed timelines.
Skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem solving capability.
Proficient in MS office.
Thorough knowledge of local Market
