Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves market research, tracking sales data, and reporting to the sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service
- Proven ability to close sales deals and meet/exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and track sales data
- Team-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
