Reporting to: Impact Manager 

reach52 is seeking Program Management Associate that would support reach52's mission to improve access to healthcare for 52% of the world, who currently cannot access it. You will work to build and manage the marketing strategies and implementation for our products for sale in India. You should have a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing programs for pharmaceutical products.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Program Management Associate to support end-to-end execution of large scale, impact driven health access programs across India. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn how complex health access programs run on the ground from planning and coordination to implementation and reporting. You'll work closely with the Impact Manager and cross functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects, supporting field teams, managing data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

Program Execution & Coordination

· Support planning and implementation of multi-location projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless execution of activities

· Assist in setting up new operations, processes, and systems as projects expand

· Rack project progress using dashboards or trackers and highlight risks or delays

· Manage procurement, logistics, and related documentation

· Conduct site visits to monitor implementation and gather insights

· Liaise with partners, institutions, or authorities to enable smooth operations

· Support training sessions and resolve day-to-day operational challenges

· Assist with research and data collection using primary and secondary methods

· Maintain and update project data, reports, and documentation

· Contribute to regular reports summarizing key progress and performance indicators

· Develop SOPs, FAQs, and implementation guides to streamline delivery

· Collaborate with teams to capture field feedback and support adoption of digital tools

Who You Are

· 1-5 years of experience in program implementation or project coordination preferably in healthcare; an educational background in healthcare or healthcare management is an added advantage

· Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders

· Willingness to travel frequently and work in field environments (tier 2 and below markets)

· Hands on with Excel, PowerPoint and data tracking; familiar with tech or digital tools

· Self-starter who enjoys solving operational challenges and learning by doing

· Passionate about improving healthcare access and driving real-world impact
