About the Role
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Management
Associate
to support end-to-end execution of impact driven health access programs across India. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn how complex health access programs run on the ground from planning and coordination to implementation and reporting.
You'll work closely with the Impact Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects, supporting field teams, managing data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Support planning and implementation of multi-location projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless execution of activities
- Assist in setting up new operations, processes, and systems as projects expand
- Track project progress using dashboards or trackers and highlight risks or delays
- Manage procurement, logistics, and related documentation
- Conduct site visits to monitor implementation and gather insights
- Liaise with partners, institutions, or authorities to enable smooth operations
- Support training sessions and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
- Assist with research and data collection using primary and secondary methods
- Maintain and update project data, reports, and documentation
- Contribute to regular reports summarizing key progress and performance indicators
- Develop SOPs, FAQs, and implementation guides to streamline delivery
- Collaborate with teams to capture field feedback and support adoption of digital tools
