Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities: Make Calls to connect with leads in real time. 2. Reply to Direct Chats to connect with them in real-time. 3. Maintaining and following Sales processes and SOPs. 4. Handling inquiries through Inbound Calls & Chat. 5. Build High-quality relationships with Prospects, Customers, and teams. 6. Maintain CRM database. 7. Gather leads and customer information and update in CRM. 8. Work with team to reach goals. 9. Should be able to work late or come early if the work assigned is not completed. 10. Provide correct recommendations, and information to the leads and customers. 11. Participation in Team building activities and HR events. 12. Lead Management, Lead Mining, Achieve Target. 13. Coordinate with teams and ensure that the customer experience is not hampered.
Requirements: 1. Minimum High School completed. 2. Graduate preferred. 3. Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills. 4. Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques. 5. Self-control and Self-motivated. 6. Empathy, Adaptability, Attentiveness, Patience & Ability to use Positive language. 7. Effective Listening & Time management skills. 8. Willingness to Improve & ability to admit when you don't have an answer or when you are wrong. 9. Ability to receive feedback.
