We're hiring 
Management Associates
 – a unique, multi-role position for 
young, fast, and hands-on go-getters
.

This is not a narrow desk job. You will get exposure across 
coordination, purchase, engineering, projects, accounts, HR, training, assisting leadership, reporting, and solution design
 – learning how to run and grow a business end to end.

What you'll do

  • Support leadership across multiple functions.
  • Manage coordination, purchase, and project tracking.
  • Assist with accounts, HR, and training processes.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Contribute to solution design and problem-solving.

What we're looking for

  • 0–3 years' experience (freshers welcome if sharp & motivated).
  • Smart, hands-on, with a strong learning mindset.
  • Great with communication, coordination, and problem solving.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; ERP exposure a plus.
  • A startup-style "get it done" attitude.
