Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located
Across India & Overseas
for a Management Consultant in Manufacturing & Supply Chain. The Management Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, optimizing supply chain operations, and providing strategic consulting advice. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing strategies, implementing solutions, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Location: Project Locations Across India & Overseas

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose process gaps across production, planning, procurement, logistics, and quality.
  • Design and implement Lean, TPM, and supply chain optimization frameworks.
  • Develop KPI dashboards, governance systems, and review mechanisms.
  • Facilitate change management and capability building at all levels.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in cost, lead time, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    4
    years of experience in manufacturing transformation / supply chain consulting.
  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent); MBA preferred.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across client locations (India & overseas).
