Role Overview
The SaaS Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of sales intelligence, consultative skills, and the ability to navigate complex SaaS sales processes. The position is based at our Coimbatore office and requires full-time, on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound outreach, and partner channels.
- Conduct high-quality product demos and presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion.
- Develop account strategies for pipeline growth and expansion into new markets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, and Marketing Leaders).
- Stay updated with SaaS industry trends, competitors, and buyer needs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in a SaaS or B2B tech company.
- Proven success in managing the full sales cycle and consistently meeting quotas.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnels, and value-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with on-site collaboration.
- Familiarity with outbound tools, sales intelligence platforms, and intent data systems is a plus.
