Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our solutions, and closing deals with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare businesses. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and has a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients (healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals).
- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate LYFnGO solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaign inputs and feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if required).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience selling to healthcare businesses is a plus.
- Understanding of digital health solutions or SaaS products.
Knowledge of the Coimbatore healthcare ecosystem will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
