Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to join our full-time team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our growing operations. The accountant will handle various accounting functions vital for the financial health of our organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in tax preparation with a keen understanding of financial compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis to assess business financial health.
  • Experience with Tally ERP to manage routine accounting tasks effectively.
  • Ability to conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GST Returns filing with practical experience (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of income tax filing and compliance processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounting fields efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precise financial reporting and auditing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Manage financial documentation and record keeping with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of income tax filings and ensure tax-related compliance.
  • Utilize Tally ERP for maintaining financial transactions and ledger accounts.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits for financial accuracy.
  • Analyze financial data to forecast budget requirements and assist in budget preparation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the smooth execution of all finance operations.
