Job Description

We are looking for experienced accounting professionals to handle end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities. The role will be titled as Accountant or Senior Accountant based on the candidate's experience and capability.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting for Purchases, Sales, Bank, Cash, and Journals.
  • Ensure timely collection and deposit of payments.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle vendor payments as per company policy and compliance.
  • Record and verify stock valuation.
  • Prepare MIS reports, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and related return filings.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team (for a senior role).
  • Review ledgers, reconciliations, and financial accuracy.
  • Analyze accounts for cost efficiency and process improvement.
  • Coordinate with departments for expense and income validation.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors during finalization.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's in B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA/CMA (pursuing)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
