Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding financial needs, and delivering suitable investment and financial solutions. The role demands driving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to offer tailored services, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction. You will proactively manage portfolios, provide insights on financial products, and contribute to the company's sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication
- Knowledge and experience in Finance, with an understanding of financial products and markets
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
