Key Responsibilities:
- Enquiry Handling
Attend to all walk-in, call-in, and digital enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable models and variants. Ensure lead is entered and updated in the CRM/DMS system.
- Test Rides & Follow-ups
Offer and conduct test rides at showroom or customers location.
Capture customer feedback and build interest through proper explanation of features. Follow up systematically till booking closure.
- Booking to Delivery Coordination
Complete booking formalities, collect documents, and process finance/insurance. Ensure timely vehicle delivery and coordination with PDI, RTO, and delivery team. Make the delivery experience memorable for the customer.
- Finance & Insurance
Pitch dealership finance and insurance options to all customers. Collect required documents and follow up with F&I department for approvals.
Meet monthly finance/insurance attachment targets.
- Field Activity & Lead Generation
Participate in field marketing activities (canopies, ride events, tie-ups, door-to-door). Generate and report fresh leads on a daily basis.
Share feedback on market response and competitor activities.
- CRM & Post-Sale Engagement
Call and follow up with existing customers for referrals, feedback, and PSF (Post Service Follow-up). Update CRM system for all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred). 13 years in sales (Automobile/two-wheeler industry preferred). Should own a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Basic computer and communication skills.
