Key Skills

  • Strong BSA expertise in ServiceNow, preferably HR domain
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Case Mgmt
  • Requirement gathering, user stories, functional specifications & documentation
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, workflows & integrations (plus)
  • Basic ing knowledge (Client Scripts, Business Rules) – bonus

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze & document business requirements
  • Translate requirements into functional specs & user stories
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers & QAs
  • Act as liaison between business users & technical teams
  • Support UAT, prepare test cases, validate solutions
  • Provide enhancements, troubleshooting & ongoing support
  • Ensure 4+ hours overlap with US teams (PST)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years as BSA/Product Analyst (ServiceNow focus)
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory)
  • ServiceNow HRSD certification (preferred)
  • Proven experience with US-based stakeholders
