Our vision in the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) tribe is to create data-driven ecosystems (platforms, tools, and processes) that will help us create the best in-class experience for our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Tagging Lead to join our team and lead the implementation of our digital marketing and adtech tagging strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing measurement and strategies, as well as hands on experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, managing DataLayers and JavaScript (creating events & triggers).

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the data layer to ensure accurate and consistent data collection.
  • Deploy new marketing and analytics tags to track website traffic and user behaviour.
  • QA tag deployment to ensure all tags are firing correctly and capturing the desired data.
  • Create custom triggers within Google Tag Manager to capture specific user interactions, events, and data points that are essential to our tracking requirements.
  • Optimise the data layer and events to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Lead the migration of client-side tags to server-side in Google Tag Manager for improved performance and security.
  • Modify the JavaScript and HTML code to enhance the existing feature tracking
  • Investigate and resolve QA discrepancy issues arising from new tag implementations. Communicate with third-party vendors for custom tag installation; support of the ongoing relationships is vital for code and tag integrations and monitoring.
About you:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager. (Experience with Adobe Launch valued)
  • A highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for custom code implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing technology landscape and best practices across tag management.
  • Passionate about data-driven marketing and leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Google Analytics certification preferred.
