Position: Café Manager

Location: Chayapeediya, Rajaji Road

Salary: ₹27,000 per month + Food & Accommodation

Education Requirement:

  • Minimum: 12th Grade Pass
  • Preferred: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience:

  • Prior experience in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office essential)
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain daily accounts
  • Experience in managing purchase, production, sales, and marketing activities
  • Capable of supervising and controlling both service and production staff
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Should be able to work efficiently in dynamic and fast-paced work conditions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the café and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline
  • Monitor and control inventory, purchases, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure quality standards in service and product preparation
  • Handle billing, reconciliation, and financial reports using Excel
  • Drive sales and local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards
