Position Title: Lead - Goa Garage Cafe
Reports to : Head - Brand Strategy & Operations
Brand
Drive the revenue and operations for the Garage Cafe and build it as a flagship brand beacon
Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments of the property, with focus on the cafe but expanding to sales and service of motorcycles.
Evolve the property into a destination cafe in Goa by building the right experiences and managing demand gen
Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests
Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the Leads to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, user feedbacks and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations
Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel
Experience:
~7+ years of experience in Hospitality & retail industry.
~ Possessing clear brand sensibility and creative abilities.
~ Passion for motorcycling and experience of working with Lifestyle/youth brands would be an advantage.
Bachelor Degree (Full Time) - Specialization in Hospitality / Retail
