As a **Security Officer - Manufacturing Site - Full Time** in **Covington, GA**, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility to help deter security-related incidents. **What You'll Do**:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to the healthcare location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
- Provide customer service by assisting visitors, staff, and/or patients with inquiries related to access procedures and site-specific policies.
- Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific guidelines and protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment for all occupants.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
