As a **Security Officer - Aero/Defense Dispatch** in **Savannah, GA**, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. You will manage communications, support access control, and help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence and responding promptly to calls for assistance. **What You'll Do**:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Monitor and coordinate communications between security-related personnel and site staff using dispatch systems and protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all communications, incidents, and activities during the shift.
- Assist with the coordination of regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter by communicating with mobile personnel.
- Support Allied Universal and client staff in security-related matters by providing timely information and assistance.
- Follow all protocols for incident response, access control, and emergency communications as required by the site.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles.
- Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have experience with access control and/or badge systems.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
