Job Description

As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Aero/Defense in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment within an aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, remaining visible throughout the premises, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, and you will be expected to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and support operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
• Monitor access points and observe activities to help to deter prohibited actions within the location.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and interactions according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist personnel and visitors with directions and general inquiries as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal staff and client personnel to support security-related objectives at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Candidates must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
