**Job Description**:
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible female caretaker to look after my elderly mother at home in Goa. Duties include:
Assisting with daily routines (bathing, dressing, medication, etc.)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Providing companionship and support
Accompanying to doctor appointments if needed
**Requirements**:
Prior experience caring for elderly individuals
Patience, reliability, and a caring nature
Basic knowledge of health monitoring (BP, sugar, etc.) preferred
Ability to speak Hindi, Konkani, or Marathi is a plus
**Salary**: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
