Key Responsibilities:

  • Finding and contacting potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and utilizing referrals.
  • Meeting with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how products or services can provide solutions.
  • Developing a thorough knowledge of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Pitching products, negotiating contracts and pricing, and preparing sales agreements to close deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, loyal relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
