Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Route Sales Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops directly using the company vehicle, promoting and selling our products, collecting orders and payments, and expanding the retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel on assigned routes using the company vehicle to visit retail shops
  • Promote and sell company products to retailers
  • Deliver products and collect payments as per company policy
  • Maintain accurate billing and stock records
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
  • Identify new retail outlets and opportunities for sales growth
  • Ensure proper display and visibility of products in shops

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two
  • Valid driving license preferred
  • Prior experience in retail or van sales is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, punctual, and self-motivated

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (Morning to Evening)

Salary:

  • Attractive salary with incentives based on performance

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
