Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and well-spoken Female Admission Counsellor to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about our programs, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all admission-related inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media.
  • Counsel parents on curriculum, teaching methodologies, facilities, and enrollment procedures.
  • Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective parents.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or school software.
  • Support the school's marketing and outreach activities such as open houses and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
  • Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all parent interactions.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female (as this role involves parent counselling for a preschool environment)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, customer service, or education sector preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with a child-friendly approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
