Job Title: Data Entry Operator (ERP)

Job Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data entry tasks within our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role includes creating work orders, generating invoices, managing item creation, and maintaining data integrity within the ERP system. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for other data entry-related tasks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Creation: Accurately create work orders for all incoming orders in the ERP system.
  • Invoice Generation: Prepare and generate invoices for all items ready for dispatch, ensuring compliance with GST requirements.
  • New Item Creation: Create new items in the ERP system and ensure all necessary details are correctly entered.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update data in the ERP system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation and organization of all data-related tasks.
  • General Data Entry Tasks: Perform any other data entry-related work as required by the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of GST for invoice preparation and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification or diploma in computer applications, data entry, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Prior experience working with ERP software is preferred.
  • Experience in GST billing and compliance will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
