**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator (ERP)

**Job Location**: Wagle Estate, Thane

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Work Order Creation**: Accurately create work orders for all incoming orders in the ERP system.
- **Invoice Generation**: Prepare and generate invoices for all items ready for dispatch.
- **New Item Creation**: Create new items in the ERP system and ensure all necessary details are correctly entered.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update data in the ERP system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- **Record Keeping**: Ensure proper documentation and organization of all data-related tasks.
- **General Data Entry Tasks**: Perform any other data entry-related work as required by the organization.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with ERP software is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
