**Data Entry Operator**

MFC is looking to hire an experienced data entry Operator to join our busy Office team. At Taloja location as a data entry executive, you will be reporting to the Sr. Operation Manager and assisting him with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.

To ensure success as a data entry executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class data entry executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management.

**Data Entry Operator Job Responsibilities**:

- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
- Enter data from source documents into electronic formats.
- Transfers information from paper to computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or scanners.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Verifies the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
- Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system as requested.
- Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine)
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required.

**Data Entry Operator Qualifications/Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
