We are hiring for Data Entry Operator

**Location**: Ambernath

**Experience Required**: 0.6-1 year of experience with Tally & ERP

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter financial transactions including invoices, receipts and payments into accounting software
- Maintain and update accounting records and database with new data, ensuring all entries are up-to
- date and accurate
- Verify correct data where necessary to maintain data integrity
- Organize and file financial documents such as invoices, receipts, statements etc both digitally and physically
- Assist in preparation of financial reports by gathering and summarizing relevant data.
- Provide administrative support to the accounts department related to financial data
- Ensure all financial data entry complies with company policies and relevant regulations

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role within an accounts department
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Typing, Excel, Tally, Advance Tally, ERP etc

**Note : This job role will be on contractual basis.**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
