**Key Responsibilities -**
- Collect data from different departments and locations within the organization.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the collected data.
3. Input and update data in Excel or Google Sheets according to established guidelines.
4. Verify and correct any discrepancies in the data.
5. Collaborate with team members to obtain missing information and resolve data-related issues.
6. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
7. Generate reports and summaries based on the collected data as required.
8. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
9. Stay informed about departmental processes and requirements to accurately capture relevant information.
10. Adhere to company policies and data entry procedures.
