**Job Summary**:The Data Entry Specialist will support the Sales team by accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and managing sales data. This role is critical for ensuring that sales data is properly allocated, maintained, and readily available for the team to make informed decisions and achieve targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Enter, update, and maintain sales-related data in the company's CRM or database systems.
- Allocate and distribute leads, customer information, and sales data to the appropriate sales team members.
- Ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
- **Data Allocation**:

- Support the Sales team by assigning leads, accounts, and other relevant data according to established guidelines.
- Monitor data allocation processes to ensure timely and efficient distribution of information to sales personnel.
- **Report Generation**:

- Assist in generating sales reports and summaries as required by the Sales Manager.
- Provide data analysis to help the Sales team track progress, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- **Communication**:

- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure all data needs are met and that they have access to the most current and relevant information.
- Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and requests from the Sales team.
- **Data Integrity**:

- Regularly review and audit sales data to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Identify and correct any data inconsistencies or errors.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all data entries and updates.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and allocation processes.
